The second section of "Cover" is the risks addresses or vehicles that need to be covered by the policy.

If this is a New Business proposal then there will be nothing in the Risk section. The only address that will be on the page is the contacts address

However, if you are doing a Renewal proposal then the existing addresses / vehicles / drivers that are being insured will appear on this screen as well as the contact client address.

On the New Business page, click on + Add next to the contact address if this is the property (or one of many) to be insured.

You have the option to change the view of the risk - if you click on the pencil on the right hand side of the address it will give you the option to pick a street view.

If you "Pick from Street View" it will give you an image -

If you would like to keep the street view of the property then click on the Update button.

Add Additional Properties

If you need to add another property then you will need to click on the purple + Create button

This will bring up the following pop up that will need to be filled in with the new property details -

If you add the post code under Address Lookup the address should come up and you can select the correct address. Then press the "Add" button.

Once all the Properties are on the system press Continue.

Adding Vehicles

If a vehicle policy has been selected the next screen will be Vehicle Management.

Select "+ Create" and a screen will pop up to put the vehicle details into -

Enter the Registration and click on Search DVLA and the details will be pulled through on the system.

Then press the "Save" button.

Bulk Uploading

If you have more than one vehicle to add or one property there is a solution -

The "Bulk Upload" function allows you to add multiple vehicles or properties by using a spreadsheet.

By clicking on "Bulk Upload" you will see the following (depending on whether you are doing multiple vehicles or properties) -

When you click on the "Download Template" a specific spreadsheet will be created for the client you are in.

This spreadsheet will need to be opened and saved to your desktop (Save As using the save title it has)

All you need to do is put in the registration numbers and then save the document.

Once the document has been saved it can then be dragged and dropped into "Drop your CSV/Excel here."

The Spreadsheet will then upload and you will see the following -

Then you need to add the vehicles by pressing "+ Add All" and then the vehicles will be pulled through with all of the relevant details.

Press Continue and you will be taken to the driver screen which also has the facility to Bulk Upload (currently under construction) the drivers using the same steps as above.
