Last year, the client had several policies that were done on an individual basis. One policy per risk. The same type of policy (ie Landlords).

This year, at renewal, BrokerCentral will see that they all renewed on the same day and will give you the opportunity to renew them all on the same proposal.

However, if this is not what the client wants then you will need to go in a renew each one separately.

Under the Client File - Policy Management - select Policies

This will bring up all of the policies that are renewing.

You will need to go to the square in the right hand side of the screen with three lines in it and select it as this will give you the option to Start Renewal.

When you click Start Renewal, a tick will appear on the left hand side of the policy, all of the policies with the same date will be ticked.

You will need to untick all the policies except for the one you want to renew.

Then Click on the Start Renewal button at the bottom of the page.

This will need to be done for each policy.
