BrokerCentral's AI Quote Extraction allows you to create quotes in seconds by automatically reading insurer quotation documents and extracting the key information for you.
Simply drag and drop a quotation document onto an insurer within the Quote Mixing Deck, and our built-in AI will analyse the document, identify important information, and populate the quote with details such as premiums, Insurance Premium Tax (IPT), declared values, excesses and endorsements.
Rather than manually typing information from lengthy quotation documents, you can review the extracted data, verify its accuracy, and create your quote with just a few clicks.
Step 1: Upload the Quote
Once you've received a quotation back from an insurer following your RFQ (Request for Quotation), open the Quote Mixing Deck (within a proposal).
Locate the insurer's quote card and drag and drop the quotation document directly onto the insurer's logo.
The AI will begin reading the document automatically.
Step 2: Wait for the AI to Process the Document
BrokerCentral will analyse the document and extract the relevant information.
Once processing has completed, you'll see a Review Quote button appear at the bottom of the insurer's quote card.
Click Review Quote to inspect the extracted information.
Step 3: Review the Extracted Information
The Review window is divided into several tabs, allowing you to review different areas of the quotation:
Financials
Limits / Sums Insured
Excesses
Endorsements
Each tab displays the values the AI has extracted from the quotation document.
Simply hover your mouse over any extracted value and BrokerCentral will immediately highlight where that information was found within the original quotation document. This makes it quick and easy to verify the AI's work before creating the quote.
If you spot anything that needs correcting, you can simply overwrite any of the extracted values before creating the quote.
Note: Although our AI is highly accurate, we always recommend reviewing the extracted information before creating a quote.
Step 5: Create the Quote
Once you're happy that the extracted information is correct, click Create Quote.
BrokerCentral will create the quote and add it to your Quote Mixing Deck, ready for comparison against other insurer quotations.
