This can be found under settings -
Then under settings, you will see "Email Settings"
Ideally, you will be using Office 365 as this can be fully integrated to the BrokerCentral system and all email correspondence will appear on your clients file.
There are a couple of other methods under the Email Send Method which will suit the email provider you have -
