Picture the scene - you have started a proposal, received a quote and then generated the proposal to send out to the customer. THEN another quote comes in and you want to add it to the proposal! What to do???

Under Proposals In Progress go to the three dots at the end of the row:

Click on the three dots and the following menu will appear:

You need to "Modify Proposal"

By clicking "Modify Proposal" you will then be taken back into the beginning of the Proposal Process

Go directly to "5. Quotes" section

Click on the top section

This will then bring you back to the section with all of the quotes in -

Another quote can be added using the + button -

Once the quote has been added then continue through the proposal process and generate another proposal and send it out.
