Starting on the Client tab, choose the client that needs to be removed

The arrow is pointing to a "Bin" symbol which is what you need to select

The following screen will pop up :

Once you have typed in the name exactly as shown on the screen (without the quote marks) then the Confirm Delete will go darker -

press "Confirm Delete" and the client will be gone.
