Sometimes you may need to have additional information with the proposal and this can be added on at the "Generate Proposal" stage.

The first thing you will need to do is make sure that the document has been saved as a PDF. Do not worry! It isn't too tricky!!

From the Word documents, click onto File and then Save As ....

Click on Save As and you want to change the File Format to PDF (Export Format) and then press Export.

This is send it to wherever you wanted to save the document.

This document can then be dragged and dropped onto the Proposal screen and will come out as an additional document to the main Proposal.
