Some insurers prefer to deal with the accounts themselves. When a policy is placed with them, they will do the leg work to get the money from the customer.
In order to make sure that the right person gets the money, follow these steps:
Insurer Payment
In this instance, the payment needs to be made to the insurer. The way to do this is to go to Agencies, under the Configuration Cog.
Here you need to click on Agencies
This will bring up the list of insurers that are currently on the system and you will need to find the one you want.
Make sure that the purple bit is covering over the correct payment handler - in this case above it is the Broker. If it is the insurer make sure all Remittance Details are correct for the insurer.
