Adding Insurance Agencies to Products

How to Manage and Organise Agencies so that they are attached to the right product.

The Agencies section is designed to help you find out all the information about your insurers with ease. This section allows you to update existing details, and organise your agency list to suit your operational needs.

You'll find guidance on how to:

  • View, Sort and filter Agencies for efficient management

  • Edit and suspend Agency profiles and accounts

View and Sort Agencies

Agencies are found under the Configuration Cog next to your name at the top of the page. Click on the Cog and you will be shown the picture below - click on Agencies

For your convenience, you can easily organise the agencies to suit your needs by clicking on the headings below:

To organise the insurers relating to date, click 'Added Date' and they will automatically order themselves, showing the newest insurer first.

***NOTE***

If you do not find the insurer/agency you want, please contact us and we will then add them to your brokerage. Then you will be able to continue with adding them to various products.

Add & Edit Agencies

To add a new agency, simply click 'Create New' and follow the prompts on the screen:

This information is now stored in the database and can be found in your 'Agencies' or 'Contact' pages.

In this section, as well as adding a new agency, you can locate a desired agency, view their details, and make any necessary changes by selecting 'Edit' or 'Suspend', as long as you are authorised to do so.
