Having confirmed with the client that they want to go ahead with the proposal, an invoice task will be created.
Click onto the Create Invoice
This will take you to "Invoice Creation"
This page will give you an overview of what the client is being charged and then a copy of the invoice that they will receive.
If happy with the information on this page, select the green button "Invoice Selected"
and it will create the invoice and give you the next task - issue the invoice.
If the policy is covered by an insurer who is paid (rather than the broker) then an invoice for any fees will be produced by the system. If the client wants to have a full invoice that includes the premium, you will need to make a custom one - follow these steps:
