The Agencies section is designed to help you find out all the information about your insurers with ease. This section allows you to add new agencies, update existing details, and organise your agency list to suit your operational needs.
You'll find guidance on how to:
View, Sort and filter Agencies for efficient management
Add, edit and suspend Agency profiles and accounts
View and Sort Agencies
To view and access your agencies, click on the 'Agencies' icon located on the left hand side of the screen.
For your convenience, you can easily organise the agencies to suit your needs by clicking on the headings below:
To organise the insurers relating to date, click 'Added Date' and they will automatically order themselves, showing the newest insurer first.
Add and Edit Agencies
To add a new agency, simply click 'Create New' and follow the prompts on the screen:
This information is now stored in the database and can be found in your 'Agencies' or 'Contact' pages.
In this section, as well as adding a new agency, you can locate a desired agency, view their details, and make any necessary changes by selecting 'Edit' or 'Suspend', as long as you are authorised to do so.
