Proposal - the process of getting a quote be that a renewal or new business
Assets - the risks being insured
Account Executive - person who is overseeing the account
Account Handler - person who is working on the proposal
Dashboard - where a majority of the information can be seen at a glance
Pipeline - an overview of the progress of proposals, leads and quotes
Product - the type of insurance that is being offered (landlord, home, tradesman etc) and the covers also being included
Quote - result of a proposal being done.
Bind - Getting the proposal back to the insurers for them to actually put them on cover.
