If you need to add a property onto an existing policy in preparation for renewal or MTA then this can be done.

STEP ONE - Adding the Asset to the Client

On the Client Overview, you will want to go to Asset Management and click on the relevant risk that is being added to.

You will see what is currently insured.

Go to the "Add Property" button

This will bring up the "Add Address" pop up where you can then put the details in for the property that will need to be added on at some point.

Once the address is added it will show up on the Asset page but as "not insured"

Do this for all properties that need to be made ready for the MTA or Renewal.

STEP TWO - At MTA Stage or Renewal

Under the Client Overview, you will need to go to Policy Management > Policies > and click on the policy that you want.

If you are doing a MTA, then the new address will appear on the Risk Capture section as "not insured" so will then need to be added to the "Selected Properties"

Then you can continue with the relevant questions through either the MTA or the Renewal.
