Updating your Email Templates

Personalise your email messages that go to clients with documents

If you have certain things that you like to let a client know when you send them their renewal, new business or other documents - then this is how to do it.

Go to Settings (found on the right hand side next to your name) > System Settings -

Then click on Email Settings -

On the top of the page are four "tabs" - select "Default Wordings"

Under here, you will find all of the email templates that are used within BrokerCentral

If you want to make a change to any of these templates, then you will need to open them up by clicking onto the row (the purple line will show up around it)

and the email template will be shown -

Here you can make any changes you want to (ideally without doing anything to the embedded tags) and then remember to SAVE this -

If you have a specific letter/template that you send to your clients, you can create a custom template under Custom Wordings. -

You can then create a new template using the +New Template button -

This will bring up a page for you to add your own message into - the template will need a name and you can use the custom tags to add in any additional information you need.

When finished, press the Add button.
